The Association is Governed by the Executive Council and an Advisory Board.
- Executive Council is composed of elected officers headed by the President and is responsible for day to day administration of the Association's affairs.
- Advisory Board is composed of a group of individuals selected by the Executive Council and in accordance of the bylaws. The Advisory Board offer counsel and advice to the President and the Executive Council.
