Membership at ANCD has its benefits. One of ANCD's greatest initiatives that has been its backbone is the formation of the “good and welfare program”. Through this program, ANCD reaches out to members and the community in times of need. ANCD actively provides emotional and financial support to members during such times as child birth and bereavement. ANCD celebrates and rejoices with members for their educational and professional achievements. Highlights of ANCD benefits include:
